Biography - Joi

Joi has been figure skating since 2006 and is currently skating at Freestyle 2 level.
She practices at the Cary Ice House rink 4 days a week. Her hard work and dedication has proven fruitful as she has won two 2nd place medals in figure skating competitions and continues to work hard building and fine-tuning her skills.

The part of skating that Joi enjoys the most is jumps!

“They make you feel like you’re flying!”

Her least favorite part of figure skating is off-ice training and conditioning. Joi is in Kindergarten, her favorite song is Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield, her favorite food is apples with cheese, and her favorite color is pink. Joi also likes soccer.
