Biography - Shana

Shana has been dedicating her life to skating for the past 6 years. Her hard work and dedication have earned her many medals, Gold, Silver & Bronze - including winning a gold at Dogwood 2008!! Currently testing for Pre-Pre level, she is skating 3 days a week totalling about 4 hours or practice time on the ice. The part of skating that Shana enjoys the least is not being able to pick up on an element quickly enough, however she enjoys spins and jumps the most . Shana is a true competitor that truly loves competing.

"I meet so many different people and we are beginning to travel more so I get to see other rinks and clubs."

Some of her favorite things are the color lime green, chocolate and french fries! Her favorite song is: "This Christmas" by Chris Brown.
Shana enjoys other activities like Drama club, many talent shows (singing), team spirit club (assist in parades, dances, etc.) and horse back riding.
She is currently skating at the Factory Polar Ice House in Wake Forest.
